Cozy room, friendly staff, conveniently located, the room was comfortable with great pillows, and the hotel is just a short walk from the Monroe subway stations.

The shower's hottest setting was barely warm enough.

First off the location was excellent for our travel plans we were right next to a theater with no waiting in line cause the doorman opened a door that took us straight there

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but it was still within reach for what we got

We had a wonderful stay, especially enjoying the convenient location near the theater district and some great dining options. Our little one loved the comfortable beds and the friendly atmosphere, making it a perfect home base for our family adventures.

In my children’s opinion, more kid-friendly activities would be great.

I found it expensive after one night and ended up finding a self-parking option nearby for less. Also, the temperature control in the room was inconsistent, which made it hard to get comfy some nights.

I absolutely adored the vintage decor—it made every corner of the hotel feel special! The unique entrance to the CIBC Theater was a total game-changer, letting us skip the lines and dive right into the show. Oh, and can we talk about the complimentary breakfast? It had everything from waffles to biscuits and gravy, elevating our mornings to another level!

I had a fantastic stay, with a beautiful vintage charm in the hotel and a wonderful view from my room. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making every interaction pleasant. The hotel’s breakfast was abundant and delicious, which kick-started my busy days perfectly. The only drawback was the somewhat cramped breakfast area, especially during peak hours.
